Lemon Ginger Turmeric Tea

Instructions
- Simmer water in a large pot.
- Peel and thinly slice the ginger and turmeric roots, then add them to the pot.
- Simmer for 10 minutes and then turn off the heat.
- Strain out the ginger and turmeric pieces.
- Stir in honey and black pepper, then serve hot.
