Easy Baked Chicken Parmesan

The pasta

fettuccine noodles
The sauce and cheese

your favorite red sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a baking tray with foil and grease it.
- Boil a medium pot of lightly salted water for the pasta.
- Prepare two dishes: one with milk and the other with panko mixed with salt and pepper.
- Butterfly the chicken breast and cut it in half to create two thin pieces.
- Coat each chicken piece in milk and then in panko, placing them on the baking sheet.
- Bake the chicken for 10 minutes until it reaches 150°F.
- While the chicken is baking, heat the red sauce and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions.
- Once the chicken reaches 150°F, add sauce and top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Return the chicken to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and the chicken reaches 160°F, about 5 minutes.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then serve over the noodles with remaining sauce.
