Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Make the crispy panko crust by toasting panko breadcrumbs in the oven.
- Prepare the chicken by seasoning it and coating it in flour, egg, and panko.
- Mist the coated chicken with cooking spray and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Top each chicken breast with marinara sauce and mozzarella, then bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
