Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Unroll the pizza dough into a large rectangle and spread the pizza sauce evenly over it.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the sauce, followed by the Italian seasoning and pepperoni.
- Roll the dough tightly from the long side and pinch the seam to seal it.
- Cut the rolled dough into 20 even pieces using kitchen shears.
- Place the pieces on the prepared baking sheets and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before inserting a skewer into each piece.
