Green Chile Whipped Goat Cheese

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the goat cheese and half & half until light and spreadable.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the olive oil, minced chile, and minced garlic. Cook for about five minutes, allowing the garlic to lightly color.
- Transfer most of the solids from the oil to the goat cheese mixture and stir in. Season with salt to taste.
- Let the chile oil cool slightly, then transfer the goat cheese to a serving bowl.
- Drizzle the remaining oil over the goat cheese, adding the remaining garlic and chile solids on top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
