Ingredients

Hot Honey

  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 piece calabrian chile or fresno chile, sliced
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper

Whipped Goat Cheese

  • 16 ounces Roth Chèvre, room temperature
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Grilled Peaches

  • 3 pieces ripe yellow peaches, cut into ½-inch slices
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the hot honey by combining honey, sliced chile, and crushed red pepper in a saucepan and simmering for 10 minutes.
  2. Grill the peaches after tossing them with olive oil for about 1 minute on each side, then sprinkle with salt.
  3. Whip the goat cheese and heavy cream in a food processor until smooth.
  4. Assemble by piping the whipped goat cheese onto sliced bread, topping with grilled peaches and a drizzle of hot honey.
