Instructions
- Prepare the hot honey by combining honey, sliced chile, and crushed red pepper in a saucepan and simmering for 10 minutes.
- Grill the peaches after tossing them with olive oil for about 1 minute on each side, then sprinkle with salt.
- Whip the goat cheese and heavy cream in a food processor until smooth.
- Assemble by piping the whipped goat cheese onto sliced bread, topping with grilled peaches and a drizzle of hot honey.
