Instructions
- Blend feta cheese, feta brine, lemon juice, olive oil, and lemon zest in a food processor until smooth.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, add peaches, and cook for 5-8 minutes until jammy.
- Mix honey, chili flakes, and hot sauce in a bowl to create hot honey.
- Layer whipped feta on a plate, followed by peaches, tomatoes, pistachios, and drizzle with hot honey.
- Serve with fresh or toasted pitas.
