Instructions
- In a food processor, combine feta, yogurt, lemon juice, and olive oil. Process until smooth and fluffy, then mix in salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Add scallions and garlic, cooking for 5-6 minutes until browned. Remove from heat.
- Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl. Top with scallions, garlic, and any remaining oil.
- Sprinkle with almonds and red pepper flakes, then drizzle hot honey on top.
- Serve with crostini.
