Ingredients

The dip

  • 8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¾ cup whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic

For garnish and serving

  • to taste Aleppo pepper or red pepper flakes
  • to taste chopped fresh parsley
  • as needed pita bread, baguette, or fresh veggies

Instructions

  1. Crumble the feta into a food processor.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic.
  3. Pulse until the mixture is creamy.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with olive oil, Aleppo pepper, and parsley.
  5. Serve with pita bread, baguette, or fresh veggies.
