Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the cherry tomatoes, cooking undisturbed for about 5 minutes.
- Add salt, pepper, and minced garlic to the tomatoes, stir, and cook for another 1-2 minutes before removing from heat.
- Let the tomatoes cool in a bowl.
- In a food processor, combine feta cheese, lemon juice, olive oil, and lemon zest, pulsing until creamy.
- Mix honey, hot sauce, and chili flakes to create the hot honey.
- To serve, spread whipped feta on a plate, top with cooled tomatoes, drizzle with hot honey, and garnish with thyme. Serve with pitas.
