Baked Feta with Cherry Tomatoes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF and position one rack in the middle and another at the top near the broiler.
- In a baking dish, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil with cherry tomatoes, sliced garlic, shallots, and chilies. Season with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
- Place the feta on top and drizzle with the remaining olive oil, adding more pepper if desired.
- Bake in the middle rack for 20 minutes, then move to the top rack and broil for an additional 5 minutes, watching closely.
- Once done, remove from the oven, add fresh basil, and stir gently to combine.
- Serve warm with slices of bread.
