Ingredients

  • 4 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 block feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange cherry tomatoes in a baking dish and place a block of feta cheese in the center.
  3. Add sliced garlic, sprinkle ground black pepper and Italian seasoning on top, and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the tomatoes are slightly burst.
  5. Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
  6. Serve by breaking the feta cheese with a fork and gently stirring it with the tomatoes.
