Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
- 2. Place tomatoes, bell peppers, olive oil, garlic, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper in a baking dish and toss to coat.
- 3. Make a space in the middle and place the feta in the center.
- 4. Bake for 20 minutes.
- 5. Increase the heat to 400°F (204°C) and bake for an additional 3 minutes until the feta is lightly browned.
