Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
- Add the cumin seeds and toast them until fragrant.
- Add the kale in batches, cooking until wilted.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, chickpeas, lemon juice, and water, and bring to a simmer.
- Nestle the feta slices into the sauce and sprinkle with black pepper.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for about 15 minutes until the feta softens.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with red pepper flakes before serving.
