Strawberry Tomato Whipped Feta Dip

Instructions
- Add all dip ingredients (except garnishes) to a food processor and blend until smooth, stopping to break down feta if necessary.
- While blending, wash and chop the cherry tomatoes and strawberries, and prepare the dill.
- Transfer the dip to a plate and top with the garnishes: tomatoes, strawberries, dill, a drizzle of olive oil, and additional salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
