Instructions
- Prepare the cranberry sauce by combining cranberries, orange juice, and maple syrup in a saucepan, bringing it to a boil, then simmering for 20 minutes until thickened.
- While the cranberry sauce simmers, blend feta cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth.
- Taste and add salt as needed to the feta dip.
- Once the cranberry sauce has cooled, layer the feta dip in a bowl, top with cranberry sauce, sprinkle with pistachios, and drizzle with maple syrup.
- Serve with crostini, crackers, sliced apples, or sliced pears.
