Ingredients

Whipped Feta

  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • tbsp olive oil
  • ½ lemon juiced
  • to taste salt
  • ¼ cup pistachios
  • extra tbsp maple syrup for drizzling

Cranberry Sauce

  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • cup orange juice
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cranberry sauce by combining cranberries, orange juice, and maple syrup in a saucepan, bringing it to a boil, then simmering for 20 minutes until thickened.
  2. While the cranberry sauce simmers, blend feta cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Taste and add salt as needed to the feta dip.
  4. Once the cranberry sauce has cooled, layer the feta dip in a bowl, top with cranberry sauce, sprinkle with pistachios, and drizzle with maple syrup.
  5. Serve with crostini, crackers, sliced apples, or sliced pears.
