Instructions
- 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- 2. Add cherry tomatoes, garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, oregano, lemon rind, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- 3. Cook until tomatoes begin to burst and garlic is fragrant, about 10-15 minutes.
- 4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- 5. Crumble feta into a serving bowl.
- 6. Drizzle the warm tomato mixture over the feta.
- 7. Top with fresh dill, chives, and arugula.
- 8. Serve with bread or pita.
