Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F with a rack in the upper third.
- In a food processor, blend goat cheese, cream cheese, 1 tablespoon honey, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until whipped.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Transfer the mixture to a small oven-safe baking dish and drizzle with 1 teaspoon of honey.
- Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, drizzle with more honey, and serve.
