Baked Goat Cheese Dip

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small square baking dish, combine olive oil, onions, garlic, tomatoes, goat cheese, oregano, pepper, and chili flakes.
- Bake for 50 minutes until bubbly and the goat cheese is golden.
- While baking, slice the bread, coat with olive oil, and brush with fresh garlic.
- Bake the bread on a separate parchment-lined baking sheet for 5 minutes on each side after the dip has been in the oven for 40 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix 3 tbsp of olive oil with chopped oregano and basil.
- Serve the oil over the dip with a drizzle of honey and enjoy with the bread.
