Instructions
- Combine pineapple juice, chili sauce, tamari (or coconut aminos), honey, and rice vinegar in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir and cook until the mixture boils.
- Mix the arrowroot starch with cold water in a small bowl, then add to the saucepan.
- Whisk until the starch is fully incorporated and the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool before serving.
