Instructions
- Make the dressing by whisking all dressing ingredients in a small bowl until smooth and set aside.
- Cut the strawberries, avocado, and onion, and combine them in a large bowl with the arugula and almonds.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss it with your hands to coat the arugula evenly.
- Sprinkle feta cheese on top if desired and enjoy!
