Ingredients

The filling

  • 1 ½ tablespoons sugar
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ pounds strawberries, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

The topping

  • 1 ½ tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup oats
  • 2 tablespoons melted vegan butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together 1 ½ tablespoons of sugar, 1 ½ tablespoons of flour, and sea salt. Add the strawberries and toss to coat. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the oats, remaining ½ cup of flour, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Gradually add the melted butter until a loose crumble forms.
  4. Divide the strawberry mixture between two ramekins and top with the oat mixture.
  5. Place the ramekins on a half sheet pan and bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
