Instructions
- Place the salad greens in the center of a large platter.
- Arrange the remaining ingredients in groups around the greens.
- Let guests create their own salads and serve with the salad dressing on the side.
- To prepare the marinated mozzarella balls, combine mozzarella, olive oil, lemon strips, red pepper flakes, and salt in a jar or bowl and marinate for 1 hour to 1 week.
- For the salad dressing, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, tarragon, pepper, and salt in a jar and shake until combined.
