Serving options

  • 2 slices Whole grain toast or whole grain crackers

Instructions

  1. Add cottage cheese to a high-speed blender or a tall, narrow glass for an immersion blender.
  2. Blend for 1-2 minutes until creamy and smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
  3. If too thick, add milk a tablespoon at a time to help blend.
  4. Top the blended cottage cheese with sliced avocado, slivered almonds, and halved cherry tomatoes.
  5. Serve with whole grain crackers or toast.
