The Honey Mustard Sauce

Instructions
- Tear the tofu into nugget-sized pieces and marinate in pickle juice for 25 minutes.
- While the tofu marinates, mix the breading ingredients in a small bowl.
- In another bowl, combine all honey mustard ingredients and refrigerate.
- After marinating, drain the tofu and coat it in the breading mixture.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry the breaded tofu in batches until golden brown.
- Drain the fried tofu on paper towels or a wire rack and serve warm with the honey mustard sauce.
