Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange 50 pretzels on the prepared baking sheet and top each with a Rolo.
- Bake until the Rolos are shiny and softened, about 3 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and immediately top each with a second pretzel, pressing down slightly.
- Chill until completely cool, at least 30 minutes.
- Melt the candy melts using a double-boiler or microwave until smooth.
- Dip half of each pretzel sandwich in the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Top with sprinkles and chill until completely cool, at least 30 minutes.
