Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add garlic and jalapeño to the skillet and sauté for an additional minute.
- Increase heat to medium-high and add riced cauliflower, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Cook until the cauliflower is soft and tender, about 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and mix in lime juice and cilantro before serving.
