Ingredients

The base

  • 1 lb Cauliflower rice

The flavorings

  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • ½ medium Lime (zested and juiced)
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper

The garnish

  • ½ cup Fresh cilantro (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add the cauliflower rice, lime zest, lime juice, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir-fry for 3 to 5 minutes until the cauliflower rice is soft.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped cilantro.
