Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the cauliflower rice, lime zest, lime juice, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir-fry for 3 to 5 minutes until the cauliflower rice is soft.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped cilantro.
