Ingredients
The dough

The wet ingredients

Instructions
- Combine almond flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix together coconut oil, agave, and vanilla.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
- Roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment paper until ¼ inch thick.
- Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour.
- Remove the top piece of parchment paper and dust the dough with almond flour.
- Cut out cookies using a small star cutter.
- Use a metal spatula to place the stars on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F until lightly browned around the edges, about 5-8 minutes.
- Cool completely before handling the cookies.
