Matcha Energy Balls

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender.
- Pulse the mixture 6-8 times until it begins to stick together.
- Take about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball.
- Repeat the rolling process until all the mixture is used.
- Place the balls in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Store the energy balls in the fridge for up to one week.
