Ingredients

The base

  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp honey

The powders

  • to taste none cacao powder
  • to taste none matcha powder

Instructions

  1. Pulse together dates, almonds, chia seeds, peanut butter, and honey in a food processor until finely chopped and sticking together.
  2. Form the mixture into balls using clean hands.
  3. Roll the balls in cacao or matcha powder if desired, or leave them as they are.
  4. Store the protein balls in the refrigerator.
