No Bake Matcha Protein Bites

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until well mixed.
- The mixture should resemble sand but stick together when pressed.
- Scoop out about 13 grams of the mixture for each ball and form into a ball with your hands.
- Place the balls on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Repeat until all mixture is formed into balls.
- Transfer the balls to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to two weeks.
