No-Bake Matcha Protein Bars

Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix oat flour, protein powder, matcha, and salt.
- Add maple syrup, cashew butter, almond milk, and vanilla, and stir until a dough forms.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- For the chocolate coating, melt chocolate chips, coconut oil, and cashew butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the bars and spread evenly.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours before slicing into 12 bars and topping with sea salt.
