No-Bake Cherry Vanilla Protein Bars

Instructions
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or prepare to roll the mixture into balls.
- Blend the oats, ground flax, coconut, and protein powder until powdery.
- Combine the dry mixture with almond butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla in a bowl, mixing well.
- Fold in the dried cherries.
- Press the mixture into the lined loaf pan until flat and smooth.
- Freeze for at least 30 minutes before slicing into bars.
- Store in the fridge or freezer.
