Instructions
- Soak the dates in water for at least 20 minutes to soften.
- Drain the dates and blend them with sunflower seed butter in a food processor until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the protein powder and chocolate chips, mixing well.
- If the mixture is too dry, stir in coconut milk as needed.
- Use a cookie scoop to form the mixture into balls, rolling them smooth with your hands.
- Optionally, roll the balls in cocoa powder for extra flavor before storing.
