Instructions
- Process the pitted dates in a food processor until a ball forms.
- Add the remaining ingredients and process until combined and almost smooth.
- Shape the dough into balls and roll them in your desired toppings.
- Freeze the balls for 20 minutes until firm or enjoy immediately.
- Store leftovers in the fridge or freezer.
