Coconut Chocolate Protein Balls

The binding and flavoring

Instructions
- Blend flax meal and cocoa powder in a food processor.
- Add nut butter, protein powder, shredded coconut, and coconut oil, and blend until smooth.
- Transfer the batter to a bowl and fold in chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate the batter for 20-30 minutes until firm enough to roll.
- Form the batter into balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for 15-20 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
