Ingredients

  • ½ cup Protein Powder (vanilla or coconut)
  • ½ cup Melted Coconut Oil
  • ¾ cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • to taste none Lemon Zest
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Flour

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into balls.
  3. Place the balls on a parchment-lined plate and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
