Ingredients

The grapes

  • 1 large bunch grapes

The flavorings

  • 1 whole lemon (juiced)
  • 2 tablespoons monk fruit sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons Tajin

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the grapes, then place them in a large bowl.
  2. Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the grapes, then add the monk fruit sweetener and Tajin.
  3. Toss the mixture to fully combine and adjust the sweetener and Tajin as desired.
  4. Cover the bowl and place it in the freezer for at least two hours or overnight.
  5. Once frozen, enjoy the grapes straight from the freezer and store any leftovers back in the freezer.
