Instructions
- Line a square pan with parchment paper.
- Mix coconut flour, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup in a bowl until combined, then spread in the lined pan and freeze.
- Prepare or choose a thick store-bought caramel sauce and spread it over the shortbread crust, then freeze again.
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil, let it cool slightly, then pour over the caramel layer and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate has firmed up, then slice into bars and enjoy.
