Chocolate Chip Hemp Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 3 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
  • a pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix until well combined.
  2. Shape about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into a ball.
  3. Optionally roll the ball in extra hemp seeds.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate for a couple of hours or freeze for about 1 hour to set.
