Instructions
- Combine almond flour, coconut, coconut sugar, and sea salt in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix coconut milk, vanilla extract, and stevia.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Roll the balls in extra coconut.
- Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
