Garlic Butter Sauteed Clams

The clams

manila clams, rinsed, scrubbed and cleaned
The sauce

unsalted butter

garlic

white wine

cayenne pepper

lemon juice

Italian flat parsley, chopped
Instructions
- 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
- 2. Sauté the garlic until slightly browned.
- 3. Add the clams to the skillet and toss them quickly.
- 4. Pour in the white wine and sprinkle cayenne pepper.
- 5. Cover the skillet and cook for 1 minute, or until all the clams have opened.
- 6. Stir in the lemon juice and parsley, then remove from heat and serve immediately.
