Healthy Salted Caramel Cookie Dough

The base

non-dairy milk (optional, to thin out)
Instructions
- Soak the dates overnight, then discard the water and remove the pits.
- In a food processor, add the dates, chickpeas, cashew butter, sea salt, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until you achieve a creamy texture.
- If the mixture is too thick, add non-dairy milk to thin it out.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and mix in the chocolate chips.
- Top with additional sea salt flakes and enjoy!
