Easy Paleo Margaritas with a Champagne Floater

fresh lime juice

kosher salt

Instructions
- Prepare the glass by pouring lime juice into one shallow dish and kosher salt into another.
- Invert the glass and dip the rim into the lime juice, then into the kosher salt.
- Turn the glass upright and add ice as desired.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine lime juice, triple sec, honey, and ice.
- Shake vigorously until well combined, then strain into the prepared glass.
- Top with champagne and garnish with a lime wedge if desired.
