Instructions
- If using salt, prepare the glass by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it in salt.
- Combine all liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice.
- Shake vigorously until well mixed.
- Fill the prepared glass with ice and strain the mixture into the glass.
- Serve immediately.
