Instructions
- Follow the instructions for the Instant Pot Whole Roasted Chicken recipe.
- Slightly toast the corn tortillas and heat the refried black beans.
- Layer the corn tortillas with black beans, then top with shredded cheese.
- Add the shredded chicken on top of the cheese, followed by pico de gallo.
- For the avocado cream sauce, remove the shell and seed from the avocados, then place them in a bowl.
- Add all sauce ingredients to the bowl and mix until smooth.
- Top the tostadas with the cream sauce and serve immediately.
