Instructions
- Prepare the shredded chicken as directed in the linked recipe.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry each tortilla until golden and crisp, then transfer to paper towels.
- Alternatively, brush tortillas with oil and bake in the oven at 400°F for 8-10 minutes until crisp.
