Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Lightly spray both sides of the tortillas with cooking spray and season with salt.
- Bake tortillas for 3 minutes, flip, and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes until crispy.
- For fried tostadas, heat oil in a deep pan and fry tortillas until crispy and slightly browned.
- Ensure refried beans and chicken are warm before assembling.
- Layer the tostadas with refried beans or shredded chicken, then add the remaining toppings.
- Serve immediately.
