Chicken and Cheese Tostadas

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cheese, water, spices, jalapeño (if using), and juice of 1 lime.
- Lay the tortillas on a large baking sheet in a single layer.
- Distribute the chicken mixture evenly on top of the tortillas, about ½ inch thick.
- Bake until the cheese begins to brown, approximately 12 to 13 minutes.
- Squeeze the remaining lime over the cooked tostadas and serve warm with toppings.
